The standard closing documents used when purchasing the property such as the closing statement (HUD), appraisal, inspection report, and loan documents. There will be an itemized list once logged into the registration portal.
The Chabiis process is simple, we want you to have a solution for your home purchase in the event you are unsatisfied with the home. At closing the home will need to be registered on the Chabiis website and the Reverse OptionTM will need to be signed. At this point the home is eligible for a 90 day return policy. If the option is exercised then we move to closing and will buy your house stress free.
Chabiis will have up to 90 days from your claim to buy your house back, giving you enough time to find another home to buy, rent, or live in.
A second appraisal for the home will be ordered and Chabiis will pay the lessor of the appraised value or of the original purchase price for your home.
